These terms apply to the SL Geek Staff app and the team.slgeek.lk website ("the service"), provided by SL Geek (Pvt) Ltd ("SL Geek", "we"). By signing in you agree to them. They work alongside your employment or service agreement with SL Geek. If the two disagree, your agreement wins.

Who can use the service

Only SL Geek employees and contractors with an account created by SL Geek. There is no public sign-up. Your access depends on the role SL Geek gives you and may change at any time.

Your account

• Keep your password and sign-in codes to yourself. Never let anyone else use your account.
• You can be signed in on up to 2 phones and 2 browsers. Signing in somewhere new signs out the oldest one.
• Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.
• Every team member signs a physical agreement with SL Geek, and having an account is a requirement for as long as you work with us. Asking to delete your account means ending your role at SL Geek. See Modify or delete your account.

Confidentiality

Projects, client details, scripts, footage, prices, chat messages and internal documents in the service are confidential. Use them only for your work at SL Geek. Don't share, copy, screenshot for others or publish anything unless it has been approved for release.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for your SL Geek work.
• Keep the information you enter accurate, including the project you mark as "working on" and the links you submit.
• Don't try to access data or features your role doesn't allow, disrupt the service, or upload anything harmful or unlawful.

Work and content

Content you create for SL Geek projects belongs to SL Geek or its clients, as set out in your agreement. Uploading it to the service doesn't change who owns it.

Activity records

The service records your work activity, such as assignments, submissions, the project you are working on, sign-ins and devices, so SL Geek can manage projects, payroll and security. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Notifications

We send work-related push notifications, SMS and email. You can turn push notifications off in your phone settings. Important messages may still reach you by SMS or email.

Suspension and ending access

SL Geek may suspend or end your access at any time, for example when your work with SL Geek ends or if these terms are broken. You'll be signed out of every device straight away.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. It may be paused for maintenance. Records in the service such as pay figures are for your information. Your official records are your paysheets and agreements.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service means you accept the update.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
